The Black Eye Peas track with its electro beats is a great Zumba song and the routine is choreographed to exploit the rhythm – you’ll find yourself punching along in time to the beat.

There are a lot of plié squats, so even though it may be slightly less cardio than other routines, you’ll feel the benefits in your glutes, quads and hamstrings.

The choreography is on the simpler end of the spectrum, which gives you the opportunity to concentrate on getting the moves right, with a focus on correct alignment and form. There’s a clarity about the instructor’s moves, which makes them easy to follow along.

Overall, this Zumba video feels the high vibe, with good quality instruction. In a studio setting, with other Zumba background dancers, it’s hard not to notice how everyone seems really into their Zumba!

In a nutshell, by the end of this 4.09-minute routine, it wasn’t just the beat that was pumping. I could feel my heart and metabolism both getting fired up. Not to be missed.

So if you’re feeling you need the escape from the daily life that going on all night-clubbing extravaganza can provide, but have too many responsibilities actually to do that, then this is the Zumba routine for you.
