The stabilizer with wheels is the front stabilizer.

How to reset computer data?

Press button under the computer screen and hold it for a 3-5 seconds.

It doesn’t reset the odometer data. To reset it remove batteries.

How do I get pulse reading? All I get is a capital P.

I am having trouble attaching the pedals.

Both pedals are marked with letters: L for left pedal and R for the right.

Left pedal shaft is counterclockwise threaded and should be turned in the counter-clockwise direction.

Is the any vibration? Will this disturb my downstairs neighbor?

No vibration. Also you can put it on foam mat.

How to change the resistance level?

To increase the resistance, you need to dial the tension knob clockwise,

to decrease the load - in a counterclockwise direction.

Tension level 1 is the lowest resistance, level 8 – the highest.
